Provides that there be printed as a House document with illustrations, a revised edition of "The Capitol", compiled under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing; and that four hundred and sixty-nine thousand additional copies shall be printed, of which four hundred and thirty-nine thousand copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and thirty thousand copies shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing.
