Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the Congress joins with the Agency for International Development (AID) in expressing its outrage and urges other nations to join in condemning the forced evacuation of famine victims in Ethiopia; (2) the Ethiopian Government should take steps to ensure that such evacuation and destruction of refugee facilities never happens again and to assist those victims; and (3) the United Nations and AID should take specified actions with respect to such victims.
