Summary

Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the United States should condemn assistance provided by the People's Republic of China to the National Army of Democratic Kampuchea, and should take into account the extent to which China has reduced its assistance to the Khmer Rouge when considering requests for transfers of high technology to China; and (2) the President should reiterate his support for the statute which calls for blocking the return to power of the Khmer Rouge, and should report to the Congress within 90 days regarding the extent to which China is decreasing its assistance to the Khmer Rouge.
