Summary
Expresses the Sense of the Congress that the President should continue the policy of nonrecognition of the unlawful absorption of the Baltic States Republics of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia into the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; and should take such steps as may be appropriate, through the U.S. delegation to the United Nations, to raise in the U.N. the question of this forced incorporation.
