Summary
Makes it the sense of the Congress that the President should formulate and carry out during the calendar year of 1973 a full and complete program of work and training programs (together with related activities) for youths under title I-B of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964; and the President should as rapidly as possible submit to the Congress a request for supplemental appropriations in the amount necessary to carry out such program.
