Summary

Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the President should continue the American policy of nonrecognition of the unlawful absorption of the Baltic States Republics of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia into the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics; and (2) the President should request the United Nations to conduct an investigation of conditions in such Baltic Republics to the intent and purpose that Soviet armed forces, agents, and colonists be withdrawn and that free plebiscites and elections be held under the supervision of the United Nations.
