Summary
Sets forth, on an aggregate basis, the congressional budget for the United States Government for the fiscal year 1976. Recommends the following: (1) a decrease in Federal revenues by $4,400,000,000; (2) the appropriate level of total new budget authority as $395,600,000,000; (3) total budget outlays of $368,200,000,000; (4) a deficit of $73,200,000,000; (5) the appropriate level of the public debt as $624,000,000,000 and (6) an increase in the temporary statutory limit on such debt of $93,000,000,000.
