Summary

Expresses congressional concern over the human rights conditions in Yugoslavia, and over the failure of the Government of Yugoslavia to protect and represent its non-Socialist population. Urges the Government of Yugoslavia to abide by the statements of human rights contained in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other specified documents which that Government has signed. Calls upon the Government of Yugoslavia to review all current cases of political persecution, harassment, and incarceration for nonviolent expression of human rights.
