Summary

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the problem of Americans missing in Southeast Asia as a result of the Vietnam Conflict should be resolved as soon as possible, and that the President should: (1) take action to ensure the release of all Americans remaining in captivity in Southeast Asia; and (2) obtain from the Government of Vietnam, Laos, and Kampuchea a complete accounting of all Americans missing in Southeast Asia, including a returning of remains.
