Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Congress should not pass any health care legislation that will: (1) make health insurance unaffordable for working families and increase the number of uninsured Americans; (2) divert health care resources from patients to pay lawyers and hire bureaucrats; and (3) impose political considerations on clinical decisions instead of allowing the decisions to be made on sound science and patients' best interests.
