Summary
States that Congress endorses the objectives of the Organization of African Unity regarding southern Africa as expressed in the Dar Es Salaam Declaration of April 10, 1975. Expresses the sense of the Congress that the United States should comply with the United Nations sanctions against the government of Rhodesia. Calls for support of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 366, which demands that the Republic of South Africa withdraw from Namibia. States that the United States should cease all support for the Republic of South Africa until it ends its policy of apartheid.
