Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should: (1) support efforts at democratization in the Yugoslav Republics and encourage the Central Government to work with and respect such efforts; and (2) take into consideration the actions of the Central Government which hinder or help democratization and free market reforms when making decisions on granting assistance under the SEED I or SEED II Act to Yugoslavia.
