Summary

Urges the Soviet Union to facilitate the emigration of certain named Soviet citizens who are married to citizens of Western countries and who have begun a hunger strike to protest the Soviet refusal to allow them to emigrate. Expresses U. S. support and sympathy to the families of the hunger strikers and to the families of others who have attempted to obtain and been denied exit visas.
