Rediscover Your State Resolution of 2002 - Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) people should be encouraged to rediscover the attractions, events, and venues in their State and to resume normal activities; (2) increased travel and tourism is needed to help stimulate the economy; (3) people should contribute to their local economies by resuming normal recreational and entertainment activities; and (4) the establishment of special initiatives to encourage tourism at the local level could help revitalize the economy.
