Summary
Declares that the Congress: (1) condemns the Government of Yugoslavia for the repression of ethnic Albanians who express their views; (2) calls upon such Government to review the cases of ethnic Albanians imprisoned on political charges and to release those who are nonviolent; (3) urges such Government to act to ensure that human rights as contained in the Helsinki Accords and the Concluding Document of Madrid are respected; and (4) urges such Government to work with ethnic Albanian leaders to elevate Kosova Autonomous Province to full republic status.
