Summary
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the following student organizations provide exceptional motivational learning experiences in career preparation, leadership development, occupational understanding, civi responsibility, and social consciousness which improve the quality and relevance of their respective instructional programs for America's young people: (1) Distributive Education Clubs of America; (2) Future Business Leaders of America; Phi Beta Lambda; (3) Future Farmers of America; (4) Future Homemakers of America; (5) Office of Education Association; and (6) Vocational Industrial Clubs of America. Makes it the sense of the Congress that the activities of vocational student organizations be encouraged by thoses States in which they are active.
