Summary
Provides that when the House adjourns on Thursday, April 11, 1974, it stands adjourned until 12 o'clock noon on Monday April 22, 1974, or until 12 o'clock noon on the second day after its Members are notified to reassemble in accordance with this resolution, whicher event first occurs. Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives to notify the Members of the House to reassemble whenever in his opinion the public interest shall warrant it or whenever the majority leader of the House and the minority leader of the House, acting jointly, file a written request with the Clerk of the House that the House reassemble for the consideration of legislation.
