Summary
Condems the Palestinian Popular Democratic Front, which has announced responsibility for the terrorist raid on Maalot, Israel, and thus for the senseless slaughter and maiming of innocent children. Authorizes the President of the United States to direct the Secretary of State to insure that any Middle East peace settlement places squarely on those governments harboring guerrilla groups the responsibility for ending their terrorist activities.
