Summary
Requests the President to instruct the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations to demand that: (1) the U.N. enforce its charter provisions guaranteeing self-determination; and (2) the Soviet Union be made to withdraw Soviet troops from the Baltic States. Requests that the Ambassador also place the international supervision of free elections for the Baltic States on the agenda of the General Assembly. Requests the President to support such actions.
