Summary
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that, consistent with United States strategic requirements: (1) all military, economic, or other assistance, all sales of defense articles and services (whether for cash or by credit, guarantee, or any other means), all sales of agricultural commodities (whether for cash, credit, or by other means), and all licenses with respect to the transportation of arms, ammunitions, and implements of war (including technical data relating thereto) to the Government of Turkey should be suspended on the date of adoption of this resolution; and (2) the provisions of this resolution should cease to apply when negotiations to terminate both the hostilities and the unlawful occupation of Cypriot territory and to return the entire Cypriot people to lawful government have been concluded.
