Summary
Provides that notwithstanding provisions of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 which require adjournment by July 31 of each year, the House of Representatives and the Senate shall not adjourn for a period in excess of three days, or adjourn sine die, until both Houses of Congress adopt a concurrent resolution providing for either such an adjournment.
