Summary

Establishes a Joint Congressional Committee on Information and Intelligence composed of seven members of the House of Representatives and seven members of the Senate. Directs the committee to make continuing studies of: (1)the activities and problems of each information and intelligence agency the United States; and (2)the relationships between these agencies and United States-based corporations and the effect of such relationships on United States foreign policy and intelligence operations abroad. Requires the joint committee to make an annual report.
