Summary
Appropriates $150,000 to the House ad hoc Select Committee on the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to establish a policy for the management of oil and natural gas in the Outer Continental Shelf, and to protect the marine and coastal environment. Allocates $30,000 of such amount to procure the services of consultants. Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
