Summary
Provides that the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives, by majority vote of the committee, may permit the coverage by television broadcast, radio broadcast, and still photography, or by any of such mehtods of coverage, of the proceedings of any meeting of the committee otherwise open to the public concerning the impeachment of the President of the United States on the date of adoption of this resolution. States that such coverage shall be conducted in accordance with and subject to the provisions of clause 33 of Rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives.
