Encourage an institution of higher education to publish on its website information regarding: the institution's sexual-assault response coordinator; sexual-assault reporting options and investigation processes; potential accommodations for victims; the telephone number for a sexual-assault hotline; and the name and location of the nearest medical facility. Encourages institutions of higher education to enter into a memoranda of understanding with local enforcement agencies to delineate responsibilities and share information.
