Summary
Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 580) to provide for a delegation of Members of Congress to go to the United Kingdom for purposes of accepting a loan of an original copy of the Magna Carta, and for other purposes, in the House as in the Committee of the Whole. Provides that after the adoption of H. Con Res. 580, the proceedings by which the House rejected S. Con. Res. 98 are laid on the table and a motion to reconsider the vote thereon on March 9, 1976, are vacated, and it shall then be in order to consider the said Senate concurrent resolution in the House.
