Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt did not receive a fair trial because of secret Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) efforts to discredit Pratt by the dissemination of false information about him and FBI concealment of the informant status of the primary witness against him; (2) congressional inquiries are warranted to ascertain the full extent of information withheld from the California authorities in 1980; (3) the Governor of California and/or the California Board of Prison Terms should take actions to bring about the reconsideration of the 1972 conviction or the release of Elmer "Geronimo" Pratt; and (4) the Judiciary Committee should inquire into the information known to the FBI which was not released to the California Attorney General and courts in 1980.
