Impeaches Ronald W. Reagan, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors, including: (1) his approval and acquiescence in shipping arms from Israel to Iran; (2) his approval and acquiescence in covert actions conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency regarding the shipment of HAWK missiles to Iran; (3) his failure to notify Congress of continuing arms sales and covert actions; (4) his approval, acquiescence, or failure to prevent the diversion of proceeds from the Iran arms sale to the forces fighting the Government of Nicaragua; and (5) his disregard for the laws of the United States and pattern of casual and irresponsible decision-making.
