Summary

Authorizes expenditures not to exceed $500,000 by the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct in carrying out its functions and duties. Prohibits any part of such funds from being available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee. Terminates the funds authorized by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
