Summary

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) it most strongly condemns all acts of terrorism in the Middle East; (2) the President and the Secretary of State should and are hereby urged and requested to (a) call upon all governments to condemn and halt all such inhuman acts of violence against innocent victims; and (b) strongly urge any government which harbors or employs such groups and individuals to take appropriate action to rid their countries of those who resort to terrorism and senseless violence; and (3) the President should request the American Ambassador to the United Nations to take appropriate action before that body in order to have introduced a Security Council resolution condemning such brutal acts of violence.
