Summary
Establishes a Committee on Small Business in the House of Representatives, to consist of nineteen members. States that the committee shall have jurisdiction over the following items: (1) assistance to and protection of small businesses, including financial aid; (2) participation of small-business enterprises in Federal procurement and Government contracts; and (3) studying and investigating, on a continuing basis, the problems of all types of small businesses.
