Supports the people of Bangladesh and encourages the strengthening of democracy in Bangladesh. Urges the government of Bangladesh to: (1) work with all political leaders to continue reconciliation; and (2) protect the rights of religious and ethnic minorities. Urges the President to coordinate with Bangladesh on matters of security, economic progress, and human rights in South Asia.
