Summary

Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the resolution (H. Res. 1260) to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to allow all expenses of the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to be obtained directly from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives upon vouchers signed by its chairman and ranking minority member, in the House as in the Committee of the Whole. States that it shall be in order to consider the amendment recommended by the Committee on Rules now printed in the resolution, the provisions of clause 7, Rule XVI to the contrary notwithstanding.
