Summary

Authorizes expenditures not to exceed $10,189,000 by the Committee on House Administration to provide for the maintenance and improvement of ongoing computer and information services for the House of Representatives, for the investigation of additional computer services, and to provide computer support to House committees and joint committees of Congress. Prohibits any part of these funds from expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject that is being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
