    Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 1335. Previous question shall be considered as ordered except motion to recommit. Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to further consider the bill in the House and all points of order against the bill shall be waived. A specified amendment is in order. It shall be in order to consider an amendment offered by the chairman of the Committee on Appropriations. The amendment shall be considered as read, shall be debatable for 10 minutes, shall not be subject to amendment, and shall not be subject to a demand for a division of the question. All points of order against the amendment shall be waived.
