Summary
Authorizes expenditures not to exceed $1,753,579 by the House Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries for investigations and studies. Prohibits any part of such funds from being available for expenditure in connection with the study of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee. Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
