Summary

Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on the bill (S. 3201) to amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, to increase the antirecessionary effectiveness of the program, and for other purposes, and all points of order against such conference report are hereby waived, except that it shall be in order to consider points of order against title II under the provisions of rule XXVIII, clause 4.
