Requires any Member of the House of Representatives who uses any official allowance available to Members for the mailing of congressional newsletters to include the following information in at least one such newsletter mailed during each term: (1) the name of each individual permanently employed on the Member's staff; (2) the position of such individual; and (3) the annual rate of compensation of such individual.
