Summary
Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order in the House to consider the bill (S. 3979) as passed by the Senate on October 10, 1974, to increase the availability of reasonably priced mortgage credit for home purchases. States that after general debate, which shall be confined to the bill and shall continue not to exceed one hour, the previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill to final passage without intervening motion except one motion to recommit with or without instructions to the Committee on Banking and Currency.
