Summary
Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution the bill (H.R. 8532) to amend the Clayton Act to permit State attorneys to bring certain antitrust actions, and for other purposes, with the Senate amendments thereto, be, and the same is hereby, taken from the Speaker's table to the end (1) that the Senate amendment to the text of the bill be, and the same is hereby, agreed to with an amendment as follows: in lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate, insert as one amendment in the nature of a substitute the combined texts of H.R. 8532, H.R. 13489, and H.R. 14580 as passed by the House; and (2) that the Senate amendment to the title of the bill be, and the same is hereby, agreed to.
