Summary
Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on the bill (S. 425) to provide for the cooperation between the Secretary of the Interior and the States with respect to the regulation of surface mining operations, and the acquisition and reclamation of abandoned mines, and for other purposes, and all points of order against the conference report are hereby waived. Requires that after the adoption of the conference report on the bill S. 425, it shall be in order in the House for the Member who had called up the conference report to offer a concurrent resolution authorizing and directing the Secretary of the Senate to make corrections in the enrollment of the bill S. 425.
