Summary
Directs the Committee on Rules to investigate the circumstances surrounding the inaccuracies of the Congressional Record account of House proceedings during debate on H. Res. 146 on May 1, 1985. Requires the Committee to report to the House with recommendations: (1) for remedying such inaccuracies and preventing such incidents in the future; and (2) on whether the Record should contain verbatim accounts of words spoken, distinguishable from revised remarks.
