Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 4 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions. Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be order to take from the Speaker's table H.R. 4, with a Senate amendment thereto, and to consider in the House a motion offered by the Chairman of the Committee on Armed Services or his designee to concur in the Senate amendment. Measure will be considered read.
