Summary
Prohibits a legislative service organization from: (1) receiving amounts from the clerk hire allowance or the official expenses allowances; or (2) using office space or any other facility or service that is paid for from official funds. Exempts one legislative service organization for each political party represented in the House of Representatives if such organization is devoted solely to legislative research and support for the Members of the House who are affiliated with such political party.
