Commends all members of the armed forces involved in the rescue of Private First Class Jessica Lynch on April 1, 2003. Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that all members of U.S. and coalition forces participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom deserve the respect and admiration of all Americans. Extends the thoughts and prayers of the House of Representatives to the families and members of the armed forces who are still missing or held as prisoners of war in Iraq.
