Summary

Authorizes each Member of the House of Representatives to hire for one month each year two "senior citizen interns" who will serve in the District of Columbia Office of the Member. Allots each Member a gross annual allowance of $1,000 for payment to the interns. Requires that each intern be 65 years or older and a resident of the district which the employing Member represents.
