Summary
Authorizes the Inspector General of the House of Representatives to take steps to carry out, by November 30, 1995, any additional auditing required to ensure the completion of the audit of House financial and administrative operations authorized during the 104th Congress by H. Res. 6. Vests authority in the Committee on House Oversight to prescribe regulations and to authorize expenditures from the appropriate House accounts to ensure the final completion of such audit. Requires submission of such audit results in accordance with House rules.
