Providing for certain civilian support positions for the Capitol Police for the performance of functions with respect to the House of Representatives.

Summary

Authorizes the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives to establish a certain number of civilian support positions for the Capitol Police to perform functions for the House. Abolishes one position of private on the Capitol Police for each civilian position that is filled. Requires such support positions, to the extent practicable, to be filled by individuals in the abolished Police positions and to be filled by the end of the 102d Congress.
