Summary
Provides that effective January 3, 1975, the expenses of the investigations and studies to be conducted pursuant to rules X and XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives, by the Committee on Small Business acting as a whole or by subcommittee, not to exceed $541,500. Stipulates that not to exceed $75,000 of the amount provided by this resolution may be used to procure the temporary or intermittent services of individual consultants or organizations.
