   Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2520. Waiving all points of order against consideration of the bill. During consideration of the bill all points of order against provisions specified in the text of this resolution for failure to comply with clause 2 or 6 of rule XXI shall be waived. Where points of order are waived against a part of a paragraph, a point of order against the balance of the paragraph may apply only to the balance of the paragraph and not against the entire paragraph.
